Privacy

When you submit the form, we ask for: your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, email address, and (optionally) a short concern you would like the reading to address. Nothing else.

We do not ask for your phone number, your address, your gender, your marital status, or any financial information. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party advertising platforms or fingerprinting analytics. Basic anonymized site traffic data (page views, country) may be collected using a privacy-respecting tool such as Plausible — this contains no personal information about you.

The information you submit is used only to:

• Compute your Vedic birth chart
• Draft and personalize your reading
• Send the reading to your email
• Respond to one follow-up question within your thirty-day window

It is not used for anything else.

No one. Your details are never sold, shared, transferred, or licensed to any third party — commercial, governmental, or otherwise. The only third-party services involved are: an email delivery provider (used to send the reading), the chart computation library (which runs on our own servers), and the website hosting platform. None of these retain meaningful access to your personal data.

Your submitted information is retained for two years from the date of submission. This window covers your thirty-day follow-up and a buffer in case you choose to request a fresh reading within the recommended twelve to eighteen month gap. After two years, your data is deleted.

A copy of your generated reading may be retained beyond this period for archival purposes, with personal identifiers removed.

At any time, you may write to hello@baalisamhita.com and ask us to:

• Show you what information we have stored about you
• Correct anything that is inaccurate
• Delete your information immediately

These requests are honored within seven days.

Baali Samhita does not knowingly accept birth details for anyone below the age of sixteen. If you believe a child's details have been submitted, please write to us and we will delete them.

If this policy is updated, the previous version is preserved and the new one is dated. We will not silently change how your data is used. Significant changes are notified by email to readers within the active retention window.
