You submit your details
Full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, email. A line of concern if you wish. Nothing else is asked for.
The chart is computed
The four instruments — jyotish, vastu, raag, and daily discipline — are prepared. Computation is used for accuracy; it is not a substitute for reading.
The reading is written
The reading is drafted from your chart, then reviewed, personalized, and signed off by a person. It will reach you within forty-eight hours of submission, by email.
Thirty days of follow-up
For thirty days after delivery, you may write back with anything that needs clarifying. Replies are reviewed and signed off by the same person who wrote your reading.
An honest note on the process
The computation is precise; the reading is not. A chart is a frame, not a verdict. What is written to you is one careful reading of that frame, and it should be held that way.
